Instructions for Uploading a Photo or Video:
Step 1: Pick a category, Fill in the Short Description of your entry along with your Name and E-mail address.


Step 2: Click on “Upload File” button. Browse for it and attach it in the popup window.


Step 3: A box will show up giving you a progress bar.  Wait for the progress bar to complete and you will receive a confirmation that your video or photo has been submitted.

What are the technical restrictions to submit a video?
There's a 30 megabyte upload limit. Allowed media types are gif, jpg, png, bmp, wmv.

How long does it take for my submission to show up?
Once your submission is reviewed by uNews 10TM moderators (no violent, obscene, graphic or copyrighted material please), it will be posted to the Web site. It may take up to one business day for your video or photo to appear, so please check back.

What happens if my submission isn't approved?
You will receive an email if your submission failed to upload or was not cleared for posting.

How can my community participate in uNews 10?

Even if the administrator approves your photo, or video how does a uNews 10 submission get on TV?
WTHI staff members will be monitoring U News10TM closely and may use some of the best clips during TV newscasts! Be sure to provide a usable email address so that we can contact you for additional details about your video or image.

What is prohibited in uNews 10 submissions?
- No copyrighted material, including copyrighted music or pro sports footage.
- No pornography, sexually explicit content, nudity or profanity
- No depictions of dangerous or illegal acts (i.e. animal abuse, drug abuse, bomb making)
- No hate speech which contains slurs or the malicious use of stereotypes
